Another Microaggression by Andrew Garvin

could they say “we’re pregnant” some other way

this time I let pass

what may be understood in a different context

“normal gay” vs

“a large nose” needs historical accountability

can they name

any sport besides how my dad died “cycling”

they try

comforting my grief “you must’ve loved your father”

have they met him

buried under their assumption “you can take it”

and stay alive
